It is written in an alternating past and present point of view, ending with what happened in the past that caused Tara’s actions in the present. During the course of the story, it was obvious how in love Tara and Peter were with each other. Tara’s love was also equally proportional to the sorrow she was feeling. You can feel through the pages the anguish she was experiencing and it wasn't hard to sympathize with her. It was a moving read, every page charged with emotions. The anticipation to what happened with Peter was exciting and the ending didn't disappoint. What happened was sad, but Tara's comeback can be a source of inspiration to anyone who has suffered the same fate as these two people. For such a short story, it was packed with feelings and passion. A five star read."
